Non-Alcoholic Beverage Station Packages Standard Package: $2.50 pp++ Includes: Fresh-brewed Iced Tea, Coffee and Ice Water, Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite. Additional soft drinks available by request & may be subject to an added charge. Bottled Waters are available for $2 each. All beverage stations include use of Service Bar area, Glass dispensers, Coffee Urn, condiments, beverage napkins, straws, ice and appropriate glassware. Ask about our Frozen Drink Machine for your event! All non-alcoholic beverage packages are subject to a 20% Service Charge and 8.25%sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. Event Planning

The Parker Room provides a professional event coordinator for all your special occasions. Several options are available from wedding rehearsals, ceremonies and receptions to business meetings, seminars and fundraisers. From weddings to banquets to business luncheons, The Parker Room can provide catering for all of your off-premise catered events. With our varied menus and professional, courteous staff we are available to make your event a success! Choose any of our Package Menus or customize one yourself. Your choice of an outside caterer is welcome at The Parker Room. Please check our Outside Catering Policies for fees and pertinent information.

Catering Service

The Parker Room will allow outside catering or will cater your special event upon request and has exceptional menu selections especially for The Parker Room. We provide our clients with maximum flexibility to customize their menu for their guests. Our chef will be glad to accommodate any additional menu selections. Please discuss your ideas with our Coordinator. A 20% service charge and an 8.25% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage purchases.

Bar & Beverage Service

Hosted and Cash bar options are available. Please discuss your preferences with our Coordinator and refer to the Bar Package and Services information packet. Cash Bars require a $250 deposit to ensure minimum purchase requirements are met. All balances for Cash and Bars must be paid in full at the end of event.
